Like a hotel, it has a front desk, a lobby and shared hallways, and you can stay for longer periods. Like a motel, we offer 3-, 6- and 12-hour stays and suites designed to bring couples closer. We are at Rua Araújo, 224, República, right next to the Copan Building.

Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, every day, and you can arrive at any time. To come right away, book 3, 6 or 12 hours with the "Bora subir Agora" option. For a future date, choose Day Use, Daily stay or Overnight.

The rate covers up to two people and stays the same if you come alone. Every suite has a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube (log in with your own account), Bluetooth sound system, minibar, hair dryer and heating/air conditioning. Breakfast is complimentary with advance Daily stay and Overnight bookings. Romantic decoration, sparkling wine and other packages are optional and cost extra.

No. Packages have a fixed price for any suite and period. You will see them as you continue your booking on the website and can add them there.

There are two promotions: • Double Period: book 3h and stay 6h, or book 6h and stay 12h. Valid for all suite categories, every day, except the day before public holidays. Exclusive to bookings made on the website through the "Bora subir Agora" option, and does not apply to 12h, Overnight, Daily stay or Day Use. • Table for Two: order one main course and get another one free. Valid every day. Conditions: present the coupon at the front desk; valid for guests over 18, for suites occupied by two people; cannot be combined with other offers and not valid during Valentine's week (Dia dos Namorados).

Yes! 🎂 For guests celebrating their birthday that week, we offer two complimentary drinks (beer or soft drink).

Yes! 🎁 Starting at R$ 200, sent by email, valid for 3 months and with no additional fees. The recipient chooses the date, suite and period, and enters the code in the "Cupom" (coupon) field when completing the booking.

For bookings on the website: PIX and credit card. Credit card installments are only available on the website. At the front desk: cash, PIX, debit card and credit card (single payment).

For purchases made on the website, the unit's name (Andar de Cima) appears. For payments made at the front desk, the charge appears as "Love suítes".

Yes. The credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests, and at check-in we ask for the physical card along with an official photo ID. Without them, the booking is cancelled and a new payment must be made at the front desk.

Yes! Our menu is available in the suite and includes main courses, sandwiches, snacks, drinks and desserts. You can also check it at andardecimasuites.com.br/pt-BR/featured/gastronomia-24h. If you prefer, you can bring food and drinks from outside at no extra cost or order delivery. In that case, the order must be picked up on the ground floor, as the delivery person does not go up to the suite. We don't have a vegan menu and can't guarantee vegan or vegetarian options on the 24h menu or at breakfast. If you have any dietary restriction, please talk to our team before booking.

Breakfast is complimentary with advance Daily stay and Overnight bookings. It is not included in 3h, 6h and 12h periods, but can be purchased on site. Breakfast includes orange juice (bottled), coffee, milk, fruit jam, ciabatta bread, sweet bread and French bread. It is served with these items and is not a buffet.

Yes! You can add to your booking, at an additional cost: • Romantic Decoration: a bouquet of red roses, candles and petals around the room. • Couple's Foot Therapy: two foot baths with calendula and mint salts, with moisturizing lotions. • Romantic Decoration + Foot Therapy: both experiences together. • Casa Pedrucci Brut sparkling wine. • Breakfast: coffee, milk, orange juice, bread basket, scrambled eggs, butter, cream cheese, jam, mozzarella and turkey breast. In the Espuma Lounge and Espuma Copan suites, you can also request a message on the LED panel, perfect for celebrations, proposals and more. Check prices and availability when booking.

After every stay, the tub is sanitized with specific products, all water is removed from the pipes by the self-draining system, and we use a dedicated product to sanitize the pipes.

Yes, you can! 📸 On Mondays and Tuesdays you get 20% off the 3-hour period, with no charge for a third person. Not valid on the day before public holidays. Contact our team to organize your photo shoot.

When you arrive, check in at the front desk with an official photo ID (and the card used for the booking, if you paid online). Then just head upstairs and enjoy. An official photo ID is required at check-in. Digital documents are only accepted when shown in the official government app. Photos or screenshots of documents are not accepted. 🔞 Stays are only allowed for guests over 18.

Yes, small dogs up to 5 kg. As the suites are not specifically prepared for pets, owners are responsible for their care, hygiene and for preserving the items in the suite. Larger emotional support dogs are allowed upon presentation of a medical report at check-in.

Yes, smoking is allowed in all suites. We don't sell cigarettes here, but you can bring your own.

Yes! You can leave and return while your booking is active. Just let our team know before you leave so we can guide you on your return.

It's not required, but we recommend it. Without a booking, you can come for a 3-, 6- or 12-hour period, subject to availability. Booking online guarantees your suite and gives you website-only benefits, such as paying in installments by credit card and the Double Period promotion.

Advance (pick a date): • Day Use: check-in at 1 pm, check-out at 7 pm. • Daily stay: check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 12 pm the next day (breakfast included). • Overnight: check-in at 8 pm, check-out at 12 pm the next day (breakfast included). Of course! You can book several daily stays on the website, one at a time, or talk to our team on WhatsApp at +55 (11) 5196-0787 to arrange your stay.

If you booked through our website, don't worry: the suite stays reserved for you for the entire period booked, even if you arrive later than planned. However, arriving late does not change the check-out time. For immediate bookings ("Bora subir Agora"), you have up to 30 minutes after confirmation to arrive. After that, your period starts automatically at the time set in the booking.

Advance bookings: you can cancel within 7 days of purchase, as long as the request is not made within the 48 hours before the booking date. Refunds are made as a credit card chargeback. You can also reschedule at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice, keeping the same day of the week, suite category and packages, for up to 1 month later. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent to contato@andardecimasuites.com.br with your booking details. Immediate bookings: you can cancel within 30 minutes of confirmation, as long as you have not checked in. Once you start using the suite, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. No-show without notice: the amount paid is not refunded and the booking cannot be rescheduled.
